A tumbled down Cross outside Chasseradès
Over the past hundreds of years people have been doing pilgrimages in France and Spain - some interconnected. Of course, one of the most famous of these being El Comino or the Pèlerinage à Santiago de Compostela We saw crosses of various ages through our walk - some probably marking pilgrimage routes.
